24th Annual National Night Out at Windemere

San Ramon, CA August 7, 2007.

National Night Out at Windemere was a great family friendly event which took place at the Hidden Valley Park off Albion in Windemere on August 7, 2007.

Over 150 families participated in this fun Crime Prevention and Neighborhood Safety event. The children enjoyed exploring the Police Cars, touring the Fire Engine, and meeting our finest from the San Ramon and Police and Fire Departments. Mayor Wilson, and Chief Holder visited the event and talked one on one with residents about upcoming plans. Attendees enjoyed Subway Sandwiches, Pizzas, Chips, Bottled Water, Cookies & more.

Oleg & Zia Chernyak of Platinum Club Realty, FCH gave out Real Estate and Financing Certificates with incentives for Sellers, New Home Buyers, and Financing and goody bags to the children.

Dayna Johnson-Lawson, and her team - Rageh, Alex, and Heather of AT&T showcased their suite of products and services such as U-Verse and gaveaway AT&T merchandise and coffee cards.

Gail Mirchandani of Famer’s Insurance made it possible for parents to sign up for a free M.I.L.K (Managing Information on Lost Kids) CD. Andrew Sydorak, Vonda Peterson, and Vlad Polyachenko of ADT Security Services Inc. showcased their Home Security Systems and gave away Golf Towels.

Residents also took home discount cards for Erik’s Deli (San Ramon & Dublin) and Glow Sticks from Your Safety Place (Dublin).

Every year National Night Out at Windemere is organized by Zia Chernyak. The event received rare kudos and recognition as an annual Windemere Community Presentation from the Windemere Residents who attended the event. In addition, quoting from a commendation letter sent from Guy Houston, Assembly Representative, District 15, "Thank you for the time and effort you have devoted to promoting neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships in our fight for a safer nation. With your effort, we are sending a message to criminals by letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back. Thank you for working with the San Ramon Police Department in this great event".

23rd Annual National Night Out at Windemere

San Ramon, CA August 1, 2006.

Platinum Club Realty hosted the National Night Out at Windemere on August 1st in conjunction with the City of San Ramon. The event is held to garner support for anti-crime programs and also to strengthen partnerships between the police and community and neighborhood spirit.

Thirteen different neighborhoods participated in National Night Out in San Ramon celebrating with block parties. Mayor H. Abram Wilson and Police Chief Scott Holder visited several neighborhoods. Tours were given of police cars, coloring books passed out to the children, and identification kits to parents.

The logistics were coordinated in partnership with Crime Prevention Specialist, Darlene Kittredge.
